International arts management training program
The program was initiated by the PRO ARTE Institute in 2000.
In 2001-2005 it was run as a partner project by PRO ARTE Institute and INTERSTUDIO
with the support from the Ford Foundation and Federal Agency for Culture .
Since November 2005 the program is run by INTERSTUDIO .

The programme course includes following themes:
- Sociology of culture
- Economics in the field of culture (cultural approach)
- PR-technologies in culture
- Marketing in culture
- Theory and practice of fundraising
- Organizational management: general, theatre, museum, library
- Management of international projects
- Personnel management
- Cultural policy
- Legislation and taxation in the field of culture
- Arts and culture in the 20th century: main trends in development of theatre, music, visual arts and cinema
- Informational technologies
Upon completion of the course students present their thesis project connected directly with their work. If they uphold their project successfully they receive a state approved diploma on professional retraining The programme is carried out on non-profit base, education is free.
Participants from other regions pay for their trip, food and lodging themselves.
Participants' enrollment in the programme is carried out on a competition basis. In order to take pat in the competition one is to submit a written request stating his/her desire to participate as well as filled in application that shows his/her professional activities.
