The Pro Arte Institute organizes special programs for Russian regions such as lectures on art history and music history of the 20th century. They are aimed to deliver information about the 20th century arts and culture. The Pro Arte Institute obtains support from various partners and the hosting side.

The educational programme on music contains courses of field lectures on the 20th century music in the following cities:
Pskov
Novgorod
Vologda
The educational program on music includes field courses on the history of music art in the 20th century.
The lectures take place in the Vologda State Pedagogical University, the Tver music college of Musorgsky, the Novgorod Regional Philharmonic Hall, the Pskov Regional music College of Rimsky-Korsakov.
